Three things in particular characterise the food at Le Rouge: personality, tradition and warmth. The comforting flavours of French cuisine, as well as Italian simplicity, feature prominently on the menu. The finest ingredients, classic flavours and personal interpretations are the hallmarks of our cooking. And the wine cellar is full of Old World labels. In terms of design, Le Rouge is reminiscent of a French restaurant from the turn of the 19th century: a lively, warm, luxurious setting à la Moulin Rouge, with vibrant colours, heavy textiles and plenty of period detail. The restaurant has 140 seats divided between the dining room, the bar, the lounge and the chambre separée.
